I designed the Welcome Material to be sent to clients after they made their initial payment, providing a clear and friendly introduction to the next steps in their bathroom remodeling journey.
This document included a detailed list of measurements we needed from clients to create accurate 3D renderings of their spaces, ensuring they felt prepared and informed.

I took charge of creating this welcome packet, focusing on clear communication and a client-centric approach. The material aimed to guide clients through the initial phase of their project, outlining the necessary measurements and what they could expect as we moved forward.
