My Role

As the freelance designer for From Now On Studio, I led the brand development for this NY based Ketamine Clinic. I guided the entire rebranding process, from initial concept to final implementation. This included developing the visual identity, crafting a comprehensive brand guide, and designing versatile marketing materials. My focus was on creating a brand that connected emotionally with patients while maintaining professionalism in the healthcare space.

Process

    • Conducted client interviews and competitor analysis to identify the need for a welcoming and inclusive brand.

    • Determined that the target audience sought both advanced treatment and a sense of safety and optimism.

    • Analyzed the existing logo featuring a silhouette of a head with leaves and expanded on the leaf motif for a more modern and natural symbol.

    • Developed a calming color palette, transitioning from green and purple to soft blues with hints of yellow and apricot to evoke a serene and hopeful tone.

    • Finalized the logo to embrace the leaf motif, representing healing and growth while maintaining a clean and sophisticated look.

    • Selected typography that balances professionalism with readability to enhance approachability.

    • Created a repeat pattern from the leaf motif, adaptable for digital platforms, printed materials, and merchandise.

    • Developed an extensive brand guide covering logo variations, color palette usage, typography, imagery, and tone of voice for consistent application.

    • Collaborated with the clinic’s internal teams to provide logo sets, usable assets, and templates for web and social media posts.

    • Ensured the brand's new tone was professional yet relatable, fostering a sense of hope and trust.
